Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, a top official at the Ministry of Interior, recently honored 10 mystery shoppers for their important work. These individuals helped check and improve police services so that the community gets better support.
Each mystery shopper received a certificate of appreciation to thank them for their hard work. Their feedback helped the Ministry make many of its services better and more user-friendly.
What is the Mystery Shopper Program?
The Mystery Shopper Program lets everyday people use an app to share their ideas and opinions about police services. It helps the Ministry understand what people like, what needs to improve, and what services should be added in the future.
This program is part of a bigger effort called the Program for Happiness and Wellbeing, which focuses on making sure people are happy with the services they receive.
What Can the App Do?
The Mystery Shopper app is available on the Ministry of Interior’s main app or in regular app stores. Once you sign up, you can:
• Share your opinions on services
• Suggest new ideas
• Help improve how services are delivered
Thanks to feedback from mystery shoppers, the Ministry has already improved 1,256 services! Some of these updates include:
• Easier ways to pay online
• Multilingual communication options
• Better tracking of traffic violations
• Linking the app to digital identity services
• Faster service at customer happiness centers
All of these changes are helping make police services more efficient and easier to use for everyone.
