Emirates Adds New Business Class Meals with Champagne Pairings
Emirates Airlines is making its Business Class meals even more special! Starting May 7, 2025, passengers flying from Dubai can enjoy 18 brand-new dishes that are carefully matched with famous Moët & Chandon Champagnes.
These meals were created by two top chefs – Jean-Michel Bardet from France and Doxis Bekris from Emirates. They spent a whole year working together to make sure the meals taste amazing, even when you’re flying high in the sky.
What’s on the Menu?
The new dishes include both meat and vegan options, so there’s something for everyone. Each dish is made with high-quality ingredients and is paired with a type of Champagne to make the flavors even better.
Here are a few examples:
• Poached scallops with green melon – paired with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2016.
• Vegan tofu with asparagus and cashew cream – goes well with Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.
• Roasted duck with couscous – served with Rosé Impérial.
• Chilean seabass with artichoke puree – matched with Brut Impérial.
The meals are marked with a crown symbol on the menu so passengers can easily spot which ones are paired with Champagne.

These new meals are not just about food—they’re part of the luxury experience that Emirates is known for. Business Class passengers get to enjoy restaurant-style food in the air. You can even look at the menu before you fly, so you know what to expect and can get excited!
The chefs worked hard to make sure the meals keep their flavor, even when cooked in large batches and served on airplanes. Emirates serves 149 meals every minute around the world, so this was a big job!
